Speak and the executives reply

Voice-first input via the ORB and the web. Voice escalation routes calls to the right executive. Synthesised voice outputs through ElevenLabs, Edge-TTS, and Index-TTS so customers reach a real-sounding voice even on cold outreach.

CLI (iADE)

Claude Code-class agentic CLI on 10 models

A model-agnostic agentic coding CLI. Same class as Claude Code, but it speaks all ten frontier models and routes through the Hermes gateway. Scaffolds projects, edits files, runs commands, headless JSON output for pipelines. Driven by hermes-work-poller for ORB and Telegram dispatch.

Every surface hits the same Hermes gateway. The same memory follows you. The same executive responds. There is no "Telegram-Ikigai" vs "ORB-Ikigai" — there is only Ikigai with five front doors.

No surface is a second-class citizen

The CLI is not a stripped browser. The Telegram bot is not a polling stub. Each surface lives in its own codebase (Swift for the ORB, FastAPI workers for Telegram, Node CLI for iADE) and gets first-class engineering attention.
